My journey as an educator began in 2007, when I was still in Grade 10. Teaching tuition to a close friend was meant to be a small gesture, but it awakened in me a deep joy — the joy of helping someone grow. That moment became the seed for everything that followed.

​

Over the last 15+ years, my path has taken me across government schools, NGOs, and 100+ premium private schools such as Delhi Public Schools, Kanger Valley Academy, DY Patil International School, Kothari International School, Sanskriti KMV, Sapphire International, Queen’s College Indore, Sanmati Indore, and many more. These diverse learning spaces offered me priceless insights — from the idea of excellent education in elite institutions to the empowerment of teachers in grassroots classrooms. Together, they shaped my deep understanding of what true 21st-century holistic education means.

In this journey, I’ve been privileged to impact 60,000+ students, 5,000+ teachers, and 5,000+ parents through collaborations with organizations like Teach For India, Chrysalis, Salam Balak Trust, ActionAid, and Peepul. Each interaction — a child’s breakthrough, a teacher’s renewed passion, a parent’s rediscovered bond — reinforced my belief that education is about connection, empowerment, and transformation, not just academics.

 

Along the way, my work has been recognized nationally. I was honored as a CENTA Teacher’s Olympiad Winner (2020) and received the Reliance Foundation Award for Teachers (2020). These recognitions remind me that when we empower teachers and nurture children, we create ripples of change that go far beyond classrooms.

Though I graduated in Law from Delhi University and earned global certifications from Yale, Commonwealth Education Trust, Johns Hopkins, American Psychological Association, Vanderbilt, etc. my richest learning has always come from classrooms, communities, and conversations with educators and families.

 

Life Quotient was born from this journey —to empower parents, educators, and students with holistic learning, joyful living, and legacy building for a transformed and sustainable future.  Rooted in the three pillars of Learning, Blissful Living, and Transformational Legacy, Life Quotient is more than an organization — it’s a movement to ensure that education empowers not just minds, but also hearts and lives.

Through experiential workshops, consultations, and resources, we foster holistic growth, nurture joyful relationships, and build a legacy of transformation across generations.

For me, this is not a career — it’s a lifelong mission to make education the force that shapes happier, wiser, and more compassionate generations.
